These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and LuxeVora concerning your access to and use of our website, online store, content, features, communications, and related services.

By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting information, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Additional policies displayed on the website, including policies concerning privacy, shipping, returns, payments, discounts, and promotions, are incorporated into these terms by reference. Where a subject-specific policy conflicts with these general terms, the subject-specific policy will control for that subject to the extent permitted by law.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order or enter into a binding transaction with LuxeVora.

A minor may browse the website or use a product only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you use the services on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to these terms.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when creating an account, placing an order, or communicating with LuxeVora. You are responsible for updating information that changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You must notify LuxeVora promptly if you believe that your account or payment information has been used without authorization.

We may suspend access, request verification, or cancel an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, inaccurate information, unauthorized activity, or a violation of these terms.

An order submitted through the website is an offer to purchase the selected products. Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

LuxeVora may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order before shipment for legitimate reasons, including inventory availability, payment authorization issues, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, shipping restrictions, or unusually large quantities.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method for the canceled amount. Products are intended for personal use unless LuxeVora expressly agrees otherwise.

Prices displayed on the United States website are presented in U.S. dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, duties, or government charges may be calculated based on the order and delivery information available at checkout.

You authorize LuxeVora and its payment service providers to charge the payment method selected for the total amount shown at checkout. Payment authorization may be required before an order is processed.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and product information. If a material pricing, calculation, or description error is discovered, we may correct the error, request your approval of the corrected terms, or cancel the affected order.

You must use a payment method that you are legally authorized to use. Fraudulent payments, unauthorized chargebacks, or attempts to evade payment obligations are prohibited.

LuxeVora provides free standard shipping on product orders. Standard delivery is generally estimated at three to five business days. Delivery dates are estimates rather than absolute guarantees unless an express written guarantee is provided.

Processing, carrier operations, weather, holidays, address issues, regional restrictions, high order volume, security review, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery timing.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has entered processing. An order may arrive in more than one package where products are fulfilled separately.

Risk of loss and title pass in accordance with applicable law and the delivery terms associated with the order. If tracking indicates delivery but the package cannot be located, you should check the delivery area, household, building management, and carrier information before requesting an investigation.

LuxeVora offers free eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days, subject to the return conditions displayed on the website and any product-specific exclusions required for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons.

Products should be returned in a condition that permits proper inspection, together with included parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging where reasonably possible. A return must not be sent before receiving the applicable return instructions or authorization.

Items that are damaged through misuse, altered, missing essential components, or returned outside the applicable period may be ineligible for a refund or exchange unless consumer law requires otherwise.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing commonly requires five to ten business days after approval, and a financial institution may require additional time to display the credit.

Customers who successfully subscribe by email may receive an automatic 15% sitewide discount. This subscriber benefit is not limited only to a first order, subject to continued eligibility and the promotion conditions displayed on the website.

Selected promotional products may receive an automatic 20% discount. No code is required where the website identifies a discount as automatic.

Discounts may be subject to product eligibility, timing, availability, customer eligibility, order limits, and non-combination rules. Unless expressly stated otherwise, separate promotions may not be combined.

LuxeVora may correct a promotion applied in error, prevent abuse, or modify or end a promotion prospectively. A promotion will not be withdrawn from an already accepted order solely because the public offer later ends.

We aim to present product descriptions, dimensions, images, colors, materials, features, compatibility information, and included components accurately. Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting, manufacturing updates, packaging revisions, or reasonable production variation.

Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with all supplied instructions, warnings, compatibility requirements, charging guidance, voltage information, maintenance directions, and age limitations.

• Inspect a product and its cable, plug, battery area, housing, accessories, and attachments before use.
• Keep electrical products away from water unless the product is expressly designed and rated for that exposure.
• Do not use heated, microcurrent, LED, exfoliating, shaving, nail, or facial devices on areas or under conditions that conflict with the product instructions.
• Use appropriate hygiene practices and do not share tools that are designed for individual use.
• Stop using a product if it causes unexpected pain, burning, irritation, numbness, swelling, or another concerning reaction.

LuxeVora products and website content are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. People who are pregnant, have implanted medical devices, take medication affecting the skin, have a medical condition, or are uncertain about compatibility should seek qualified professional advice before using a relevant device.

The website and its original content, including the LuxeVora name, branding, layout, written copy, graphics, icons, product presentation, photography owned by LuxeVora, videos, and software elements, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

LuxeVora grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable right to access and use the website for lawful shopping and informational purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, scrape, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit protected website content without prior written permission or another lawful basis.

When you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, relevant, and not misleading.

You retain ownership of your original content. You grant LuxeVora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, publish, and use that content for operating, improving, and promoting the business, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.

We may moderate or remove content that contains unlawful material, private information, impersonation, spam, threats, abuse, intellectual property infringement, undisclosed promotional content, or material unrelated to the product or service being reviewed.

You may not use the website or services to:

• Violate a law, regulation, court order, or third-party right.
• Submit false information, impersonate another person, or engage in payment fraud.
• Introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks, or harmful technical material.
• Bypass security controls, rate limits, account restrictions, purchasing limits, or access controls.
• Harvest personal information, scrape protected content, or use automated systems in a way that disrupts the service.
• Abuse discounts, referral benefits, refunds, returns, chargebacks, or promotional programs.
• Interfere with the website, another customer, a carrier, a payment provider, or a service provider.
• Use LuxeVora content, products, or services for unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, or unauthorized commercial purposes.

The website may rely on third-party services for payment processing, fraud prevention, analytics, hosting, customer communications, delivery, tracking, and other operational functions.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. LuxeVora is not responsible for a third-party website, service, policy, or independent action that is outside our reasonable control.

References to third-party names, devices, operating systems, payment methods, or compatibility standards do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and general online services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or browser.

Except for express written product warranties, statutory rights, and obligations that cannot legally be excluded, LuxeVora disclaims implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Product results vary by individual, technique, routine, condition, compatibility, and other factors. Images, reviews, editorial content, and general product descriptions do not guarantee a specific cosmetic, styling, grooming, or wellness result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuxeVora and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, services, or products.

This may include lost profits, lost data, business interruption, reputational loss, or loss caused by unauthorized access, third-party services, carrier delays, or misuse of a product, except where such liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Where liability may legally be limited, LuxeVora’s aggregate liability for a claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid to LuxeVora for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or another category protected by mandatory law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold LuxeVora and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the services, violation of these terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or unauthorized use of a product.

This obligation does not require you to indemnify LuxeVora for conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia and applicable federal law, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would require the law of another jurisdiction.

Mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence continue to apply where they cannot legally be waived.

Before filing a formal claim, the parties should make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the matter through direct communication. Where a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction in West Virginia, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring the claim elsewhere.

LuxeVora may suspend or terminate access to the website, account features, promotions, or services where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, abuse, unlawful activity, nonpayment, operational harm, or a material breach of these terms.

Termination does not remove obligations that arose before termination. Provisions concerning payment, intellectual property, user content, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, disputes, and general legal terms will survive where their nature requires.

LuxeVora may update the website, product selection, features, policies, and these Terms of Service to reflect operational, legal, security, or business developments.

The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates the latest published version. Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires a different approach.

Your continued use of the services after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Changes will not retroactively alter an already accepted order unless required by law or expressly agreed.

Entire agreement. These terms and incorporated policies form the complete agreement concerning the services covered by them and replace prior discussions or statements about the same subject.

Severability. If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No waiver. A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without prior written consent. LuxeVora may transfer these terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, asset transfer, or business succession, subject to applicable law.

Headings. Headings are provided for convenience and do not limit the meaning of a provision.

Electronic communications. You agree that electronic notices, confirmations, records, and communications may satisfy legal writing requirements where permitted by law.
